5th FIS SKI WORLD CUP 2017 TELEMARK – 3rd day

Johanna Holzmann (GER) and Bastien Dayer (SUI) took first place on todays last day of the FIS Telemark World Cup in Hintertux. After the very intense and exciting parallel-race runs the german Johanna Holzmann and swiss-born Bastien Dayer successfully prevailed over their competitors and so managed to be standing on the victory podium.

On todays last day of the FIS Telemark World Cup opening in Hintertux, the 30-year old swiss-born Bastien Dayer successfully dominated in the men’s parallel sprinting race. Philippe Lau from France managed to earn an excellent second place, followed by Jonas Schmid from Germany.

In the women’s race yesterday’s first prize winner Johanna Holzmann from Germany took first place once again. She successfully prevailed over her competitors such as Jasmin Taylor from Great Britain, swiss-born Simone Oehrli or the Norwegian Goril Strom Eriksen: «That was an incredible weekend! I never entered a season that well. I could have hardly started my comeback after my injury any better – I am super happy and very much looking forward to the upcoming events«, said the 22-year old winner from Germany.
